Text your ZIP code to GETVAX (438-829). You’ll receive a text with three vaccination sites near you with vaccines available. If you would like this information in Spanish, text your ZIP code to VACUNA which is 822-862. You can also click on the text or go to vaccines.gov to find a specific vaccine.

How to make a vaccine appointment

Illinois residents can call the Illinois Department of Public Health Vaccine Appointment Call Center that can be reached at 833-621-1284 to get assistance in scheduling a vaccine. The call center is open 7 days a week 6am to midnight and can take TTY calls. The Call Center will help individuals navigate registration sites and assist with making an appointment if needed. Individuals must provide the Call Center with their name, address, email (if applicable), cell phone number, date of birth, and eligibility.
